The idea

Learn the basics.
Make time to practise.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling, positioning and control on the ground. The proposed group gives people a place to work through those skills together, with a clear focus for each session.

This is an independent Baekho training group.

01

A place to start, or keep practising.

New to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, returning after a break, or looking for more time to work on the basics? Tell us about your experience so we can shape a group that suits the people joining it.

02

Structure without the rush.

The proposed format is simple: a focused warm-up, a technique or movement to study, then partner drills and time to review. Controlled positional practice can be introduced as experience and readiness develop.

03

Respect your training partner.

Work at an agreed pace, communicate clearly and stop when a partner taps. The aim is useful practice and steady progress, with control before intensity.
