A small group. A shared interest. Time on the mat. We’re exploring an independent Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training group for people who want to practise the fundamentals in a respectful, supportive environment.
Expressions of interest are open. Session details are being finalised.Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling, positioning and control on the ground. The proposed group gives people a place to work through those skills together, with a clear focus for each session.
This is an independent Baekho training group.

The proposed format is simple: a focused warm-up, a technique or movement to study, then partner drills and time to review. Controlled positional practice can be introduced as experience and readiness develop.
Work at an agreed pace, communicate clearly and stop when a partner taps. The aim is useful practice and steady progress, with control before intensity.
